HOLLYWOOD WORKOUT AT BASECAMP FITNESS

Looking for a change to my gym routine, I tried BASECAMP FITNESS in West Hollywood tonight. Its like Cross-Fit but less intense and cult like. How it works is your set yourself a a short term goal and in a a duration of a quick 35 mins, you can achieve it quick. You do one minute of cycling then either barbell or TRX cable work. Your trainer is motivational and knows how to support you when you need it. I did arms and shoulders in tonights class and felt like a proper workout.  Walking in, i did feel over dressed and fabulous like "Dorothy and Blanche" but leaving, I felt quite euphoric.
